Subject
Please protect Slender Tree-Ferns at Turtons Creek
Dear Councillors and Office of the Conservation Regulator

I am writing to express my concern that the timber harvest currently underway by HVP in Turtons Creek is putting critically endangered Slender Tree-ferns, endangered crayfish and threatened rainforest at increased risk of extinction.

As the regulating authority, you must act now to immediately halt the harvest until an independent survey has been done and best practice protective measures are put in place.

Could you please tell me what you are doing to protect our endangered species and communities from threat in Turtons Creek?
